Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every product offer and every purchase agreement made through the Rivor Wear online store.
Before completing your order, you’ll have access to this document. By placing an order, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these terms.
If specific product or promotional conditions apply, they will take precedence over any conflicting general terms.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain fully in effect. Any unclear provisions should be interpreted in the spirit of these Terms & Conditions.
Article 4 – Product Information
Our offers are non-binding and may be updated at any time.
We do our best to describe every item accurately, including product photos, sizing, and materials.
Please note that colors, textures, or small details (like stitching or zippers) may slightly differ due to lighting or production variations — this is normal for apparel manufacturing.
Each offer includes clear information about:

Article 5 – Orders & Agreements
A purchase agreement takes effect once the customer places an order and payment is confirmed.
After placing an order, Rivor Wear will send an order confirmation email.
If confirmation is not received, the customer may contact us to verify the purchase.
We take data security seriously and use encrypted payment systems through Shopify Payments to protect your information.
Rivor Wear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment issues occur or if fraud is suspected.
Article 6 – Right of Return
Customers have the right to return an item within 30 days after delivery.
During this time, you may inspect and try on the product as you would in a retail store.
If you choose to return it, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
To request a return, contact us at support@rivorwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for the return process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 7 – Return Shipping Costs & Refunds
If you use your right of return, you cover the return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are issued only after we’ve confirmed receipt or valid proof of return shipment.
Article 8 – Exceptions to Returns
Returns cannot be accepted for certain product types due to hygiene or custom manufacturing.
This includes:

Items that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons once opened

All prices shown on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice but will always be honored at the rate shown during your purchase.
Rivor Wear is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.
In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel an incorrect order and issue a full refund.
Shipping and applicable taxes (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before final confirmation.
Article 10 – Product Quality & Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products.
All items should arrive in perfect condition and match their descriptions.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@rivorwear.com within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll repair, replace, or refund the product at no extra cost to you.
Our guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper washing

Alterations or repairs made by third parties
Article 11 – Shipping & Delivery
We handle every order with care.
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days, after which your package is handed off to UPS or USPS for tracked delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
If delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly.
If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement or a full refund.
Once an order leaves our facility, Rivor Wear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package is confirmed delivered.
Article 12 – Payment
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, which supports:

Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Article 13 – Complaints & Disputes
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team at support@rivorwear.com within 7 days of noticing the problem.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 14 days.
If the issue requires more time, we’ll inform you and provide an estimated resolution date.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 14 – Governing Law
All purchases and agreements with Rivor Wear are governed by the laws of Belgium, where the company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with Belgian and EU e-commerce consumer standards.
